I could see improvements within 3 days and my LO learned to self settle really quickly. It has now been over a month and my baby can sleep for long stretches in the night. I’m very happy and so is my son.
This program has made a massive difference to our lives! Our son has gone from waking up every 1.5-2 hours to sleeping on average 9-10 hours straight a night and sleeping in his own crib for all naps. I feel like I have got some independence back and little things like having dinner with my husband every night and being able to do a work out while he has a morning nap have done wonders for my sanity and mood!
I purchased the Program at 8pm, crying into my bath and implemented the routine the following day. That was at 7 weeks and we haven’t looked back. This company is amazing, not only does the program work, they are amazing to work with, and helped us out during the tough times. After the first week our little one was sleeping through her naps but still consolidating her nights, she’s gotten a ton better and it’s just helpful to have them to rely on! So worth it!
