- Your Sleep Prescription - a detailed, documented follow-up of our personalised recommendations, sent directly to you after your session, including a recording of the session

Optimum Sleep Routine
Good sleep is made or broken in the day; the daytime routine is the most important sleep element. We will guide you through the best daily routine for your little one, based on their age, development, sleep science, their circadian rhythm and your family's daily patterns.

Bedtime Battles
Bedtime can go wrong for many reasons. We will dissect your little one's bedtime struggles and give you clear, structured guidance to get bedtime happening in a positive way in your home.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy:
Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your call, please let us know at least 2 hours prior to the call. Calls can be rescheduled a maximum of three times. After the third reschedule, the refund policy below will apply.
No-Shows - If you fail to show up to your scheduled call you will no longer be able to reschedule the call. A refund will not be given.
Refund - If you would like to cancel your call, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the call. In this case, a full refund will be given.
Refunds will not be given on calls that have taken place.
