Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Little Ones

As per the information in your Sleep Program, it can take a while for some babies to consolidate their sleep and for you to see improvements, especially if your baby has very ingrained sleep habits and/or the Program is very different to what you had previously been doing with your baby. There is no miracle overnight fix when it comes to a baby’s sleep unfortunately!

Individual Sleep Program Refunds - Newborn, Baby & Toddler:

If you are not entirely satisfied with our Programs, refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  1. 1. You have actively trialled the Program you purchased for at least 2 weeks
  2. 2. You purchased the Sleep Program no more than 30 days ago
  3. 3. Your baby isn’t older than the end age of the Program you purchased (ie, if you purchased the 3-12 Month Program, you cannot seek a refund if your baby is over 12 months)

If you have followed the Program as advised and are not satisfied that you have seen any improvement in your baby’s sleep, a full refund will be made on the Newborn, Baby & Toddler Programs. Refunds will be made to your credit card (or original payment method) within 2 working days of the refund being approved. 

Complete Sleep Program Refunds:

If you are not entirely satisfied with our Programs, refunds will be made under the following conditions:

  1. 1. You have actively trialled the Program you purchased for at least 2 weeks
  2. 2. You purchased the Sleep Program no more than 30 days ago
  3. 3. You have sought support in our Village from our consultants and have been actively working with them in the last 7 days.
  4. 4. Your baby isn’t older than the end age of the Program you purchased (ie, if you purchased the 3-12 Month Program, you cannot seek a refund if your baby is over 12 months)

If you have followed the Program as advised and are not satisfied that you have seen any improvement in your baby’s sleep, a full refund will be made on the Complete Sleep Program. Refunds will be made to your credit card (or original payment method) within 2 working days of the refund being approved. 

Exchanges will be made where you have accidentally or inadvertently purchased the incorrect product or service and would like to exchange it for a different one. Where appropriate, a refund will be given if the exchange amounts differ.

PLEASE NOTE: Individual Programs purchased directly via the App Store are not able to be refunded via Little Ones, unfortunately, we have no control over these. In this instance, you'd need to apply for a refund via Apple.

Village Access Refunds:

No refunds will be given on village access add-on purchases.

eBook Refunds:

No refunds will be given on eBook purchases.

Subscriptions (Grandfathered): No refunds will be given on any subscription plan, however you are able to cancel your plan at any time. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to find out how to do this.
