"I have to admit when I first purchased this app I was very skeptical. I was struggling with a crying unhappy baby at each nap time, pushing through and staying awake up to 3 hours and only having contact naps.

I now have a baby that is asleep in his cot within 5 minutes at each nap time and he has good quality sleep and is happy. I haven’t even started any of the self settling, the power of routine has honestly just relaxed him in itself!! Couldn’t recommend more."
