from 3911 reviewsI am currently using Little Ones for my third child and I have found it absolutely brilliant. My first two slept through the night at 7 and 9 weeks old with no harsh methods or crying just consistent age appropriate learning.
When I had my first child I developed a bit of anxiety and I found this app so reassuring it has easy to follow advise on every aspect of sleep/routine ect. I felt confident with my approach when following the schedules and advice and was able to set up brilliant sleep habits in all my children.
The ability to talk to a real person to troubleshoot issues your having is also amazing, even if it's just for reassurance that what your dealing with is normal or there's a little tweak you can change in your approach to support your child.
All the advice and routines are clear and easy to understand and there is information on how to tailor some aspects to your parenting style, I have a gentle parenting approach and was worried any kind of 'sleep training' would not sit along side that but this is actually just about teaching good sleep habits and managing the environment and timings to give your child the best chance of success.
Honestly this has been the best money I have spent as a parent and I recommend it to everyone.
We started this when our little fella was 8 months old - he hadn’t actually been a bad sleeper but from 6 months we went through a couple of months of sickness( coughs , RSV - in hospital for a couple of nights - he was basically getting sick his bottles from coughing so we had to feed an ounce at a time to get something into him - IYKYK😭) anyway once he was better we were left with a baby waking multiple times at night .. drinking 2/3 bottles at night and having no interest or little interest in feeds during the day. We were feeding to sleep etc
Within a week just by following the daytime guides ( we were still feeding to sleep at night ) the wake had reduced to two. Within 2 weeks we were down 1 - I do feel he was genuinely hungry as a big baby and finished the bottle and was still taking full feed in the morning.
I’m not saying every night is perfect babies will still have teething and growing pains but we are down to no wakes or possibly 1 the odd night .. which we can completely cope with … compared to where we were a month ago
We used Little Ones with our first baby and, while it didn’t happen overnight, the guidance and sleep-consultant support helped us learn how to build really healthy sleep habits. She began sleeping through the night and has done ever since.
We now have a little boy who’s 15 weeks old and, while we’re deep in the four-month regression (!), I’m so grateful for Little Ones again. I use the tracking daily, and the updated dynamic schedule is incredibly helpful — it removes the mental load of constantly adjusting routines when you’re already juggling so much.
The private sleep-consultant chat is excellent (this update alone is worth it). I’ve been so lucky to be supported by Rhodamane, whose advice has been personalised, thoughtful and reassuring throughout. I know we’ll have a second great sleeper before long, but in the meantime I don’t feel alone as we get there. Thank you.
I started following the Little Ones program when my son was 1-month old. He is now 18-months and is a fantastic sleeper. The app is easy to use and the schedule really helped us create predictability with sleeping and eating. The Little Ones sleep consultants have been so kind and helpful. They have supported us through any sleep blips we have encountered (teething, regressions, separation anxiety) and helped us get back on track. The program is gentle and very effective. I tell all my mom friends about it!
I found the content of LittleOnes very useful to help upskill myself. The online support was great, as I was able to get feedback and further advice very quickly when I had questions. Glad I still have access to refer back to when needed. You can sleep train your 6.5 month old to stop cat napping, so don't give up. You've got it mama! Thank you to the team at LittleOnes for your support.
After only just a few days following the program, my little one is already sleeping and eating much better! I can’t wait to see the results after a few weeks!!
I was very hesitant to purchase Little Ones as I had been researching everything I could and implementing a lot! My daughter has a lovely temperament but not a big sleeper. She would be awake for 6+ hours as a newborn to only be asleep for 37minutes (yes i timed it!) and we were co sleeping and I would get 2 hours if I was lucky, more like 30-60 minutes before she woke.
We started when she was 15 weeks with Little Ones, we went from needing to be rocked with a dummy to her putting herself to sleep in her bassinet!! She has slept 9-11 hour stretches at night and my husband and I have our evenings to ourselves. It really helped me make some tweaks to feeding and wake Windows and teaching her to self settle. The biggest thing that it has brought is peace to our household.we are able to have friends over in the evening because I know the baby will sleep. I was really struggling with the sleep deprivation and I feel like a new woman! I'm nervous about the 4month regression but I know little ones will be there to help us out !
So worth the purchase !
My LO was sleeping okay during the day but was cat-napping, however he always slept well at night. When he hit 3.5months things changed and after a night where I was up 7 times for him I decided very quickly that something needed to be done before it got worse/went on for too long. I was overwhelmed with the amount t of information online and had seen the app advertised and decided to get it. It was tough for a few days but we saw a noticeable change within the week. We've been using the app for nearly 4 weeks now and he now sleeps between 1hour 20 and 2 hours at lunch, we no longer feed to sleep and 8/10 times he doesnt need a lot of settling before sleep and he has gone back to waking 2 times in the night to feed. The village is super helpful and I like that you can search concerns or topics as well as searching by age. Thanks so much for helping me get some sleep and a better routine around feeding so now I feel like I have time in my day for a change.
We bought this program when our little one really young, she wasn’t the best sleeper and would nap at random times in the day, my partner and I were running in fumes until we started with this program. She responded really well to the new routine and we finally had some structure to our day. She is nearly 6 months old now and is sleeping 10 hours straight at night and hitting all of her naps during the day
One of the best things I have spent my money on and would recommend this to anyone
Our little one has reflux so her sleep has been beyond awful for most of the last four months. I used the Little Ones blogs for my eldest, and found them helpful, so this time I took the plunge and bought the program.
We’ve been following the app schedule properly for two weeks and we’re really starting to see the benefit. She has started waking less frequently, and slept for four hours at once for the first time last night. She’s also much easier to settle for naps. Our days are much better now we have a structure to follow, and everything feels much easier.
It would be useful if we could see the timer on the Lock Screen of my phone… otherwise I think the app is great. My husband said little ones deserve a Nobel prize!

From the beginning the Little ones sleep app worked really well for my little one! I was struggling with naps and realised I was not giving my little one enough awake time. I really like that little ones uses weeks not months to calculate the awake time and slowly increases it. It also is useful to have the troubleshooting topics which helps when baby doesn't run with the app. It's reassuring to have an idea of what to do so you don't have to spend the whole day figuring out your babies sleep.
If you’re a parent, you know the value of sleep (or the lack thereof). That’s where The Little Ones Sleep App comes in—trust me, it’s a total game-changer. This app is non-negotiable for anyone who wants to give themselves—and their marriage—the beautiful gift of a full night’s sleep and, wait for it, a 2-hour break in the middle of the day. Yes, you read that right, 2 hours.
But here’s the best part: It’s so much more than just a sleep training tool. This app is your ultimate guide through the ever-changing phases of babyhood and toddlerhood. It walks you through everything, from introducing solids to navigating all the quirky, unpredictable sleep needs your little one will have. I love the available and practical advice, and the feedback from the sleep consultants is so spot-on it feels like they’re right in the room with you.
In my experience, when I follow the program exactly as laid out, it’s like magic. My baby is thriving, happy, and sleeping soundly—and I feel like a supermom. Not only do I have a well-rested baby, but I’ve also gained precious time for myself, my work, and time best of all time with my husband too.
If you want to regain control over your family’s routine, get a happy, well-rested baby, and finally feel like yourself again, this app is your new best friend. Trust me, it’s worth every penny... Go ahead and just get the 0-3 year program. You won't regret it.
As a first time mum I had no idea how small changes make such a big difference to a babies sleep!
The lessons in the app are so informative and easy to read that I feel like a sleep expert now
The 4month sleep development phase was breaking me! I didn’t want to hear my baby cry as it made me cry.
The little ones gentle approach had my little man sleeping longer within 3 days and no longer needed to be fed to sleep
I feel confident with other people putting him to bed now .
Thank you soooo much!!!!
We were a little skeptical as we were in the thick of the 2 year regression and it didn't look like there was any light at the end of the tunnel for us. We were underslept, run down and it was ruining us. We had previously sleep trained our daughter at 5 months old and had paid top dollar for another sleep consultant, who had given us very limited resources for future references.
But these girls have your back!!! Honestly, I love that you have the option to search previous posts and responses of similar situations.
