Day ONE with this program and bam it was like it had been specifically made for her! Naps almost to the minute (though we do allow a 30 min before/after window based on her if needed)
We are sleeping THROUGH THE NIGHT! I am a nurse and those hours of sleep are much needed!
Thanks Little Ones
As a suggestion: add a keyword search for the village posts. It may avoid repeating always the same questions!
Thanks and cheers from Brussels :-)
When I read through the program, it all makes sense and I'm sure it has worked for others, but unfortunately not for us.
I like so much this program that I also purchased the Nutrition baby guide.
I followed the newborn program loosely from 2 weeks and he naturally fell into the sleep/awake times over the course of a few weeks. From 2 months old he has been sleeping 7pm - 7am (with 2 quick feeds) and has his naps during the day. He is so content and falls to sleep easily and can now re-settle himself too.
People always found it strange that I wake them from their naps (I did too at the start!) but I found that to be the key to having a full nights sleep.
I recommend this program to anyone who will listen to me! Little Ones know their stuff and if you follow the program I promise you it will be worth it xx
Could you please help?
No worries - I will resend your purchase email to the email address you’ve provided xx
I've been to tresilian 3 times now & im still up over 10 times a night with my 6 month waking every 40 mins-1hr. I feel that his dummy coming out may be a bother to him self settling.can your program help me???!!!!
I have a 14 week old boy who for the last 2 weeks has started to wake every 1-2 hrs at night.he only goes to sleep being rocked in our arms.i presume this is the start of the 4 month sleep regression? We are going on hols for a week. If i purchase this programme is there any point in me implementing it before we go or wait until he is back in his own surroundings.
My son is almost 5 1/2 months old. Catnaps during the day meaning he is completely overtired by night. He won't self settle any more (he used to up until about 3 months old) and would need rocking to fall asleep. After catching a cold he has now got into the habit of feeding to sleep. He wakes every 45 mins including at night so I have resorted to co-sleeping for the last month as this is the only way he can go from one sleep cycle to the next. Which program should I get? 3-12m or 6-24m? Thank you.
I have a 3 month old who sleeps fairly well at night but will not be put down for naps in the day and when she does nap it is for very short periods in the car or pram. I am hoping your program will help us but as I have a toddler and therefore pre-school runs to do, would that stop us from following it? Is it very strict about timings or can it be flexible to fit with our existing schedule?
