As per the information in your Sleep Program, it can take a while for some babies to consolidate their sleep and for you to see improvements, especially if your baby has very ingrained sleep habits and/or the Program is very different to what you had previously been doing with your baby. There is no miracle overnight fix when it comes to a baby’s sleep unfortunately!
No refunds will be given on any subscription plan, however you are able to cancel your plan at any time. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions to find out how to do this.
Individual Sleep Program Refunds (Grandfathered Product):
If you are not entirely satisfied with our Programs, refunds will be made under the following conditions:
If you have followed the Program as advised and are not satisfied that you have seen any improvement in your baby’s sleep, a full refund will be made on the Newborn, Baby, Older Baby & Toddler Programs. Refunds will be made to your credit card (or original payment method) within 2 working days of the refund being approved.
Exchanges will be made where you have accidentally or inadvertently purchased the incorrect product or service and would like to exchange it for a different one. Where appropriate, a refund will be given if the exchange amounts differ.

Individual Nutrition Program Refunds (Grandfathered Product):
No refunds will be given on the Nutrition Programs as there are far too many variables when it comes to nutrition and a child’s eating habits and preferences to accurately measure the “success” of the information and advice given.
