Before the app I had worked to establish sleep associations when my little one was a couple of months old. She would sleep great, nap in her bed and all seemed well. But, despite this, by the time she was 4mths old somehow she wasn't going down at night til 2am, she didn't sleep longer than 25min and would only sleep on me (not even in the pram or car!). I purchased the app late at night out of desperation. I didn't use it for a few days because I didn't think it would work. But within DAYS of following the schedule, I noticed a difference at bedtime. No more bouncing and rocking to sleep, hours of grizzling or unsure if my little one was tired or just unhappy. I read all the info on the app before starting, the first few days did not go to plan, but I was able to follow the troubleshooting prompts, adjust the schedule and still make things work. We taught to self-settle at the same time, I quickly realised my presence was making my LO ramp up, so adapted and left the room after cuddles and the protests stopped and she fell asleep on her own, without crying! The relief I feel at not having ridiculous bedtimes while managing the older children and with my husband at work is immense. It may feel crazy to be so specific with timings, but in my (short) experience, if you follow as it says, you get the results.
Thank you for sharing your story, we’re so glad you found us when you needed it most! It’s wonderful to hear how quickly things began to improve once you started using the schedule, and how empowering it’s been to navigate those early challenges with more clarity and support. We know how tough it can be managing multiple little ones, especially with sleep struggles in the mix, so we’re truly happy to hear bedtime is no longer a battle.
Thank you also for trusting the process and taking the time to explore the resources and troubleshooting steps, we’re thrilled to have been part of this turning point in your journey!
I’ve been using the app for 3 weeks after feeling like I was in a constant cycle of feeds and naps with no structure, day and night. I’d previously used another app that allowed me to track sleep, and feds, but left me alone to find potential patterns, which I struggled to do. With LittleOnes, they’ve taken away the guesswork and just told me what to do when, which is so helpful for any sleep deprived parent. I love that the schedule adapts to what actually happens, so instead of panicking if a nap is cut short, you simply revise the rest of the day.
Since using the app, my daytime has transformed with my 3 month old: I know exactly when to put him down and it means I have more confidence to plan activities ahead of time. Nighttime’s continued to be tough for a while, but in the past 4 days he has gone from 2-3 hour wakes to 4-6 hours, which is a game-changer. I’m trying to wean him off being fed to sleep, with some successes, but that’s my next challenge!
Just one thing on the app: some of the scheduling logic needs tweaking, it can go wrong - for e.g. if you log an early wake it immediately adjusts your schedule even if your baby falls back asleep. It’s easy to just ignore and if you continue to log it will correct itself again.
But overall still 5 stars!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're really glad to hear that Little Ones has helped bring more structure and confidence to your days, especially during such a challenging time. It's great to know the adaptive schedule has made planning easier and that you're already seeing longer stretches at night. You're doing an amazing job!
We also appreciate your feedback on the scheduling logic. It’s really helpful, and we’ll pass it on to the team for review. Thank you again for your support, we’re so happy to be part of your journey!
I was sceptical at the start to buy a sleep app, I thought how can an app help me out!
Well we're not quite a week in and I'm so glad I purchased this app! I have an 8month who had been a good sleeper up untill about 6.5months and I started to battle short naps during the day and 2 hourly wakes at night, I was pulling my hair out! I couldn't work out what was wrong or what had changed.
After getting rid of the night light and playing music all night and following little ones feed/sleep schedule I have a baby that does a full 2hr lunch nap and even better he is going down at night with little fuss and sleeping till 7 with only 1 wake in the night 🙌.
I highly recommend this app, it has saved my sanity. It has so many helpful tips and trouble shooting ideas for when things go wrong.
Thank you so much for sharing this! We’re so glad to hear the app has helped bring some calm back to your days (and nights!). You’re doing an amazing job, and we’re cheering you on every step of the way!
Have been on the program for just over a week, we have ditched the dummy for my 3.5month old, and she's now self settling for naps in under 10minutes, and just had our first 2.5hour lunch nap which she resettled herself.
The age appropriate app is spot on, it says settle now for sleep and it's exactly when my baby is tired.
It takes the guess work out of it all.
With my first baby we had terrible sleep from 4 months to 8 months. We then sleep trained her using Ferber method and it worked, however we went through 4 months of catnaps, and continued night waking with feeding to sleep.
This app has reminded me that you need to give your baby some time to figure it out themselves, if all other important details for good sleep are in order, and that has been so so valuable.
Instead of quick the baby is stiring, now it's lets listen to the cry, start a timer, and wait and see.
It's also given me time back with my 2.5year old daughter, as I'm no longer rocking or patting to sleep our youngest or continued dummy runs.
Thank you so much and honestly guys spend the money, you won't regret it!
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, what a beautiful and encouraging journey you’ve had so far!
We’re thrilled to hear that your little one is self-settling and enjoying longer naps, and that the app is taking the guesswork out of sleep for your family. It's wonderful to know it’s also giving you more time to connect with your 2.5-year-old. That balance is so important and often hard to achieve with multiple little ones!
We truly appreciate your kind words and recommendation.
I’d been working on self settling myself but my 4 month old started going backwards. I started on the schedule and got some tips from the settling guides and he has improved to being able to self settle for most naps
Now onto the nights!
We were a little skeptical as we were in the thick of the 2 year regression and it didn't look like there was any light at the end of the tunnel for us. We were underslept, run down and it was ruining us. We had previously sleep trained our daughter at 5 months old and had paid top dollar for another sleep consultant, who had given us very limited resources for future references.
But these girls have your back!!! Honestly, I love that you have the option to search previous posts and responses of similar situations.
I have been using the LittleOnes app for a while now, and I have to say it’s been a game-changer in terms of keeping track of my baby's sleep schedule. The app allows me to log every nap and nighttime sleep, making it easy to monitor patterns and ensure my little one is getting enough rest.
The timetable feature is spot on. It offers a great balance of flexibility and structure, helping me maintain a routine that’s tailored to my baby’s age and sleep needs. I’ve found that following the suggested sleep windows and wake times has improved my baby’s sleep quality significantly.
What I really appreciate is the guidance it provides. The app offers useful tips on how to manage sleep transitions, troubleshoot common sleep issues, and adjust the schedule as my baby grows. It’s more than just a log; it’s a resource that feels like a personal sleep consultant.
Overall, if you’re looking for a simple, yet effective way to track your baby’s sleep and get expert advice, this app is definitely worth trying. It’s user-friendly, informative, and has truly helped us establish a more consistent sleep routine.
My LO was sleeping okay during the day but was cat-napping, however he always slept well at night. When he hit 3.5months things changed and after a night where I was up 7 times for him I decided very quickly that something needed to be done before it got worse/went on for too long. I was overwhelmed with the amount t of information online and had seen the app advertised and decided to get it. It was tough for a few days but we saw a noticeable change within the week. We've been using the app for nearly 4 weeks now and he now sleeps between 1hour 20 and 2 hours at lunch, we no longer feed to sleep and 8/10 times he doesnt need a lot of settling before sleep and he has gone back to waking 2 times in the night to feed. The village is super helpful and I like that you can search concerns or topics as well as searching by age. Thanks so much for helping me get some sleep and a better routine around feeding so now I feel like I have time in my day for a change.
We are on our 3rd day with this program with our 7month old and have seen MAJOR difference in his sleep, eating habits, etc. This is a fantastic app!! We had a sleep consultant with our first son, and this app takes the cake!!!!
Even if you download the app and decide not the follow the multiple options they include for sleep training, it is still 100% worth it in my opinion just to have the help with planning wake windows, feedings, and naps! I used this for my son, who is my second born. With my first, I had hired a sleep consultant and although it worked very well, it was incredibly expensive. I knew what I had to do to help my son sleep at night but I needed some help with finding a method that would work best for him, a schedule that worked and troubleshooting help. I didn’t follow any strict method to “a T” but I took many lessons I learned from the app to help me help my boy sleep. We are miles away from where we were a month ago and we are all well rested & much happier.
If you’re a parent, you know the value of sleep (or the lack thereof). That’s where The Little Ones Sleep App comes in—trust me, it’s a total game-changer. This app is non-negotiable for anyone who wants to give themselves—and their marriage—the beautiful gift of a full night’s sleep and, wait for it, a 2-hour break in the middle of the day. Yes, you read that right, 2 hours.
But here’s the best part: It’s so much more than just a sleep training tool. This app is your ultimate guide through the ever-changing phases of babyhood and toddlerhood. It walks you through everything, from introducing solids to navigating all the quirky, unpredictable sleep needs your little one will have. I love the available and practical advice, and the feedback from the sleep consultants is so spot-on it feels like they’re right in the room with you.
In my experience, when I follow the program exactly as laid out, it’s like magic. My baby is thriving, happy, and sleeping soundly—and I feel like a supermom. Not only do I have a well-rested baby, but I’ve also gained precious time for myself, my work, and time best of all time with my husband too.
If you want to regain control over your family’s routine, get a happy, well-rested baby, and finally feel like yourself again, this app is your new best friend. Trust me, it’s worth every penny... Go ahead and just get the 0-3 year program. You won't regret it.
I was recommended this program by a work colleague and downloaded the free version when my son was born. I started using another app to track sleep and feeds as it had widgets (a new feature LO’s now has that I love!)but when my son hit the 4 month regression he went from 6 hour stretches at night to waking up every 2 hours. I was completely exhausted and the amount of information online and sleep programs when you google search sleep regression is overwhelming. The LO’s program was my last resort before giving in to the fact that I’d never sleep again and I am so glad I tried this program. I saw a massive improvement on day 1, we went from waking every 2 hours at night to waking twice which dropped to once after a few days and now he’s sleeping through consistently and self settling. I was worried about sleep training because I am strongly against cry it out methods but the little ones program allowed me to take a gentle approach whilst still being extremely effective. The village is amazing, not only are consultants available to you to assist with any questions or issues but the social village allows you to ask general questions to other mothers. It’s made my experience as a FTM a lot less daunting and lonely. I like that the schedule allows for flexibility and auto adjusts when things don’t go to plan as well as the troubleshooting notes and FAQs that help you maintain flexibility. I also found this program superior to others in that it is not just a sleep program, the schedule and lessons provide guidance around feeding times, starting solids, teething, toilet training etc. I cannot recommend this app and program enough!
After dealing with a newborn who would be awake for up to 4 hours during the day and waking 5-8 times a night, I suddenly came across this program recommended to us by my sister and friends. Why do they not teach new parents about awake windows and sleep in anti-natal classes?! With my 11 week old, it took us about 2 weeks to see results and we are now waking up just twice a night to feed. The game changer for us was blacking out his room, side settling and incorporating the feeding schedule alongside the sleep schedule. This stopped his snacking throughout the day which was what he was doing during the night, hence so many wake ups. He now has full bottles during the day and is going to bed with a nice full tummy. The online sleep consultant help is just so amazing, so responsive and the advice just makes sense! Would recommend this to any parent who will listen!
We really struggled with settling our baby using sleepy cues. I purchased this app not sure if anything would help... but the information and support we received on the village has been amazing. We used the schedule and information and adapted it to our baby.
We went from bouncing to sleep and wouldn't sleep anywhere apart from contact, no nap routine and was generally fussy with sleeping, baby had colic for the first 3 months so would wake in discomfort and would only settle with bouncing and contact nap .
4 weeks later baby is sleeping in next to me crib can self soothe to sleep without dummy, can independently fall asleep in pram and car. We do sometimes still need the pat to soothe and are still in progress with the lunch time nap but on the whole such a transformation. Special thank you to Brooke for the advice over the last few weeks.
I have to admit when I first purchased this app and program I was very skeptical. I had been given information from friends of other sleep training information but none of them I felt resonated with me and I was craving routine for me and my son. I was struggling with a crying unhappy baby at each nap time, pushing through and staying awake up to 3 hours and only having contact naps.
I now have a baby that is asleep in his cot within 5 minutes at each nap time including any power naps needed and he has good quality sleep and is happy. I haven’t even started any of the self settling, the power of routine has honestly just relaxed him in itself!! Couldn’t recommend more.
I was able to train my baby from day one to sleep independently from usually feeding to sleep. Baby is 3 months old so went straight to the 4-6 month old feed to sleep settling guide and she also slept so long for me last night 5 hours, 3 hours and now even until 5:30 and she is still asleep! She has not slept independently from 4am since a newborn! I cannot express my gratitude enough! Thank you for giving me my life and sleep back.
I bought the program desperate to get my second child, 4mo, to sleep independently during the day. It has done this and more. I was not confident knowing how to get my baby to sleep without feeding and this program showed me step by step, without judging. I felt supported to stay within my comfort level of my child's crying (with my first child I was too terrified of any crying to try any 'sleep training' but this hasn't felt like that).
By the second day my 4mo baby was sleeping better than my first child ever had. It surpassed my expectations of what my baby was capable of. The days improved immediately and that was what I was so desperate for! The nights improved a few days later, they still aren't perfect but I don't even care! Thank you for changing my life!
I was so tired of trying to get my little guy to nap for an hour at a time, and we were in a desperate cycle of catnaps. I impulsively bought the Little Ones program and am so impressed! The app is all encompassing - you can track sleep and feeds. I was worried that because I was starting this program at 6 months, he wasn’t going to adjust well. Within days, I was able to get him on the schedule, improve our naps, and our nighttime sleep. I had so many issues with other programs, because they did not give as much guidance when things went wrong. The troubleshooting section allows us to have flexibility, while still keeping up good sleep habits. Not to mention, this is so cheap compared to other sleep programs! We can’t say enough great things about this program.
We started using the app when our baby was 6.5 months and waking a few times a night from habit wakes. We went cold turkey with the dummy and used the ‘rock to soothe’ method. First day was tough and few challenging nights that first week but he was learning to self soothe at all naps and bedtime within 5 minutes by Day 2. By the end of the first week he was sleeping just over 11 hours per night and self soothing quickly himself when he woke during the night. This has genuinely changed our lives already and it’s only Week 3! Thank you so much!
My 6 month old did NOT want to nap. I was missing his cues and didn't even know it. Within just a few days of following this ap and their schedule, he was taking his naps like a champ!! I still CANNOT get him to sleep at night and am up 6-8 times a night no matter what I try but, at least we have naps down.
I LOVE how I can track everything. The pedi asks question I can give very specific answers to!!
My baby is 4.5 month old , after purchasing the app for over 2 month I finally decided to try their advised schedule. I was highly skeptical at first because my baby is such a terrible sleeper. He refuse to nap during the day and wake up 4+ times at night. To my surprise it actually worked quite well after I stick to the schedule for a few days. He still not close to sleep through the night but he is taking long naps in the day and he goes to bed at 8pm instead of 10pm which is great! Hopefully after trying the schedule for a few weeks he will get up less at night. But I am very pleased with the result.
As a first time mum I had no idea how small changes make such a big difference to a babies sleep!
The lessons in the app are so informative and easy to read that I feel like a sleep expert now
The 4month sleep development phase was breaking me! I didn’t want to hear my baby cry as it made me cry.
The little ones gentle approach had my little man sleeping longer within 3 days and no longer needed to be fed to sleep
I feel confident with other people putting him to bed now .
Thank you soooo much!!!!
First time mom…
At first when I purchased this app I was skeptical and thinking that I would have to ask for a refund after the 30 days were up. The wake windows seemed way too long for what they recommended for my baby. After about a week of slowly adjusting to follow this program she’s on schedule and sleeping so well!
The long lunch nap is amazing for both of us because she always loved long naps but I was always waking her up at 1.5 hours to avoid under tired at night but this program allows her to have that long nap and I also get a full 2 hours to myself now.
We will be using this program for as long as we can 😅.
I am so forever thankful for the Little Ones sleep programme. The day we started this it worked so well, within days my son was settling himself to sleep and resettling after waking. I am so glad we started.
The app is so informative and really prepares you for any scenario, I felt so comfortable with teaching my son to self settle and felt like I had so many techniques to see what would work best for him.
The Little Ones village was great as well, I’ve asked a couple questions and have received helpful answers.
I’ve loved this programme so much and spoken so highly on it 3 friends have begun it too.
Thank you thank you thank you !!!!
My honest opinion on the sleep programme is mixed. I purchased it to fix early waking in my 8 month old twins…. Despite following absolutely every bit of advice and information on the app to a T, it did not help with the problem at all. So, in that respect, it didn’t work for me. However, the schedule on the whole is brilliant and it’s working really well for our family during the day in terms of timing and naps. Overall, I don’t regret my purchase as I feel I got enough out of it to warrant the cost, I’m just disappointed it didn’t do what I had hoped it would
