My baby girl is 6 months old. We have been co-sleeping since she was born. She falls asleep either by being rocked to sleep or whilst feeding. She wakes up several times a night to feed/look for me and cries out laudly if I am not there. We want her to sleep independently in her own cot but don't want to do any CiO in any form. Which programme would be more suitable for us, the 3-12 months or 6-24 months?
My baby goes to sleep well but always wakes around 12-1 and we cannot get her back into her own cot. She will only settle in our bed. She will nap in the day for an hour max if she has been rocked and anywhere in between 10mins to an hour if she has been with the nanny who puts her straight into her cot to self settle. I would like her to have a longer day nap and to settle back in her cot during the night. I don’t want any CIO as that would not work for me. She’s 19mths. Which programme would you recommend?
I have a 2.5 year old who needs assistance to go to sleep (me being in the room or outside the door) she also wakes during the night for comfort and will now just get into my bed and go straight back to sleep. I have tried comforters, white noise, we have a very consistent bed time routine, and she is not over tired when she goes to bed (between 6:30 - 7:00pm) Would the Toddler Program work for me at all in getting her to self settle without me and sleeping during the night in her own bed?
