Tara Sofair

Tara is a Dietitian (APD) from Australia with 5+ years of experience working in Nutrition and Dietetics. Tara is the resident Dietitian for Little Ones answering questions for all of our lovely customers in the Nutrition Village, writing articles, and testing out yummy recipes for our programs.

Since beginning her studies, she has always had a passion for paediatric dietetics and after becoming a mother herself, this passion grew even stronger. It became evident through working with clients and talking with other parents that there was not a simple ’go to’ place for evidence-based information or an online place for parents to ask questions.

Upon discovering this, Tara and the team at Little One's created the nutrition village and programs to gather up to date and scientifically relevant information, making it clear and easy to access for parents to help them provide the right nutrition for the development of their child and ask questions along the way. Tara is a mum to two boys with big appetites, Lou (4) and Sol (4 months).

Helping your little one to eat healthy food doesn’t have to be difficult, it’s all about understanding the different nutrients and food groups and learning easy ways to find the right balance between these. I love to help parents to learn about food so that they can be intuitive about their children's eating and nutrition needs making mealtimes easier
